Dear Concerned American,

Barack Obama wants revenge against the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals -- the nation's second most powerful court -- for rebuking his unconstitutional "recess" appointments to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

Harry Reid is moving fast on Obama's court-packing scheme and may renew his threats to gut the Senate filibuster -- and end minority rights in the Senate -- to make it happen.

The last time he made those threats, a group of Senate Republicans caved and cut a "deal" that paved the way for Barack Obama and Big Labor to get a fully-stocked NLRB, and later, radical union lawyer Richard Grffin's confirmation as the Board's General Counsel.

Make no mistake, that "deal" cleared the path for the Obama Labor Board to expand union-boss power over American workers. This time, the independence of our courts is at stake.

So please submit your Free Action Fax insisting on no more deals and urging your Senators to filibuster Obama's court-packing scheme.

Sincerely,
Mark Mix

NO DEALS Petition

Whereas:   Barack Obama's court-packing scheme is revenge for the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals' decision striking down his unconstitutional "recess" appointments to the National Labor Relations Board; and
Whereas:   The independence of the courts and separation of powers would be jeopardized if the U.S. Senate allowed the President to get away with a court-packing scheme just for striking down his earlier power grab; and
Whereas:   Harry Reid's threats to invoke the so-called "nuclear option" have undermined the rights of the minority party in the Senate; and
Whereas:   Previous deals to avoid that threat have granted Big Labor partisans even more power in the Executive Branch, making the independence of the courts even more vital;
Therefore: I urge you to oppose any deals allowing Barack Obama to pack the courts, and to filibuster and vote against at every opportunity confirmation of Obama's nominees to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.

By submitting the information below, you authorize the National Right to Work Committee to fax your No Deals petition to the offices of your Senators.
