Dear Concerned American,

Barack Obama's National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) "ambush" election rules represent nothing more than a backdoor attempt by the NLRB to undermine Congressional authority by granting Big Labor the power they sought from the Card Check Forced Unionism Bill.

Fortunately, the Congressional Review Act (CRA) allows Congress to overturn outrageous regulations like the bureaucratic power grabs rammed through the Obama Labor Board.

S.J. Res. 8 is a Joint Resolution of Disapproval that would prevent implementation of the NLRB's "ambush" election rules.

Every member of Congress must now take a stand: Either to support free and fair elections or to stack the deck in favor of Big Labor.

The House is expected to vote this Thursday -– so time is running out!

That's why it's vital you sign the petition, urging your Representative to support S.J. Res. 8.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix

STOP OBAMA'S OUT-OF-CONTROL NLRB

Whereas:   This proposed legislation represents a lack of regard for not only Congressional authority and the will of the American people but also for the rights of the American worker;
Whereas:   This proposal would diminish employees' ability to make a fully informed decision by reducing time in which the process occurs from the current average of 38 days to as little as 11 days;
Whereas:   The new rules will likely result in additional harassment and intimidation for hundreds of thousands of American workers;
Whereas:   The NLRB have left the door open for future rule changes that would grant union bosses the right to workers' personal information -- forcing employers to hand over employees' names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and work shifts;
Therefore:  I urge you to support S.J. Res. 8, which would use the Congressional Review Act to stop the union bosses and their allies on the Obama Labor Board, before it's too late.
By submitting the information below, you authorize the National Right to Work Committee to deliver your petition to the Capitol Hill offices of your Congressman and Senators.
